We’re all guilty of it. Me included.
Too long spent with our heads down in our phone, taking for granted all the time we have with those we love.
Tomorrow is never guaranteed and if we really took that seriously, we would spend more time being present when we’re with those we cherish most.
One thing’s for sure. We won’t get the time back. And when we look up from our phones one day and those we really loved aren’t around anymore - we’ll wish we could get that time back
